We have some furnished self-contained apartments (flats) for rent in Rio, well located in Copacabana, in residential apartment buildings. 

We are J. Renato and J. Augusto, brothers and business partners. If you deal with us, It will be a deal between owner and renter. So you rent or book the accommodation direct from us (the property owner). We are neither housing brokers nor intermediaries. 

We have been renting our homely/homey short term furnished apartments since 1998, for brazilians and foreigners. 

Once you rent the furnished apartments we have available for rent, you have complete independence. It is different from bed and breakfast, we do not live in the same place, each of us live with our respective wives in another apartments in different buildings.

As to the purpose of the rental, we rent apartments for travellers, holiday makers, vacationers, business traveller, or for people who are in Rio to study or to work and want furnished self-contained apartment to stay. 

You can find us in Rio at our office and business place where we run another personal business as well. We are located at 50 Santa Clara Street, nearest the corner of Santa Clara and Copacabana Avenue.
