All Local Amenities close at hand

It is very near to Copacabana, Arpoador and Ipanema beaches.
It is roughly 5 minutes walking distance or It is approximately only 250 meters far from the Copacabana beach. You can go easily on foot to Arpoardor and Ipanema beach.
There are groceries, supermarkets, laundries, internet-cafe (internet access), bars and restaurants. Right in front of the studio´s building there is a laundry and a bakery. If you go down Francisco Sa St, within just few meters you will find a supermarket, drugstores, and sanck bars that serves sandwich and fresh juice. At Copacabana Av there are lots of good and inexpensive restaurantes and fast food such as MacDonalds and KFC.

Lots of means of transportation (bus lines) Taxis(yellowcabs) available all day and all night. Several bus lines run on Francisco Sa St, Raul Pompeia St and Copacabana Av. Depending on what is the place you want to go, you can take the bus right in front of the building or you just have to walk a few metes to get to the bus stop.
Near to Metro Station (Subway/Underground)

In the same building there is a Gym on the top. It is necessary to pay to work out.
