Guidelines
It is not allowed to disturb or offend neighbours.
It is not allowed to use the property for any kind of illegal activity.

Cancellation: In case you decide to cancel after having booked, If we do not find another renter to replace you for the same period of time, no refund will be possible.
Reschedule: Request to change reserved dates can be accepted or not, as long as there is availability for the new period of time, and if it does not cause any loss to us. If you request 1 or 2 months before your arrivel it is easier to find another renter to replace you and reschedule another period of time for you.
If you leave earlier than expected: In case of an unanticipated interruption of your stay, and if the responsibility of the owner (us) is not in question, no refund will be possible.

Legitimacy: It is a business in complete accordance with brazilian laws regarding short, mid and long term rental.

Pricing

Each price quotation is unique. The rental refers specifically to the period of time and dates stated.

Prices vary according to the seasons, holidays, market, and duration of your stay. 

The longer you stay, the cheaper the daily rate.

Prices for January and February (high season) are different from the rest of the year (low season).
Prices for dates through events such us Carnival time and New Years Eve are different as well.

Regarding price converted into different countries' currencies: The price is calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the day that the price quotation is made.

Prices can be changed without previous notice. Anyway, any reservation done before a price increase will be guaranteed the same price given at the moment of the reservation.

The price may also depends on all the particulars (requirements and arrangements) of each negotiation between the parts (the owner and renter/tenant).
